They judge spring water using standards for tap water....
without considering that the 'good' bacteria in spring water
actually helps to purify the water.
In fact, if I'm not in some European countries, they purify water
by oxygenating it, allowing the natural 'good' bacteria to
naturally purify it.
And I suppose that their water supply in rural areas and slums in
China is any much better then.
